R&D Team:Assembly workshop:We have the R&D team to develop and design the new products.Most of products are from the original.We get the independenty inerllectual property rights,and the patent for utility model patent of product appearance.Product Mold Workshop :The plastic mold research,development and manufacturing also in our mainly businesses.All the products molds are made by ourself.For now,we total have about 900set mold.The mold incliding the product components,the plug,and also the injection mode for the tube.About 310pcs final products in sell.Injection workshop:The injection workshop has 35set injection molding machine,and also work with 35set manipulator machine at the same time.24sets plastic side material shredder to smash corner material at the same time as production.So that the corner material can be recycling at once.The injection products are transported directly on the conveyor belt for inspection,after inspection, the products will be assembled in the assembly workshop.Assembly workshop:The assembly workshop is divided into 4 parts, one is the ultrasonic machine assembly line, hot stamping processing line, product welding processing line and the product inspection line.The components of the product are assembled according to the required industry. After the assembly is completed, the product will be inspected. After the inspection, the product will be packed and affixed with detailed information marks.Warehouse storage:The warehouse is divided into 4 areas: incoming material inspection area, raw material storage area, injection parts storage area, and product storage area.The incoming material inspection area has the OQ office,to inspection of raw materials ordered.All stored product information will be registered on the computer to facilitate query operations.
